Shipping

We currently ship orders to the United States, Europe and the United Kingdom only. We are unable to ship to any other countries at this time. We are working on expanding to other parts of the world and will update this document once we are able to. All shipping costs are covered by the customer and will be calculated at checkout. Orders are typically processed within our standard handling time, and you will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

Because our butters are natural and sensitive to temperature, we package all products with insulation to help maintain their quality during transit.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of our skincare and hair care butters, we are unable to accept returns once a product has been opened or delivered. However, your satisfaction is important to us. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will ask a few brief questions and request clear photos or videos of the damage. Once this information is reviewed and verified, we are happy to issue a full refund for the affected product.
