Abigail Forson (MS, International Relations, Kwame Nkrumah Uni. Science & Technology)

Abigail is a passionate advocate for social and environmental justice, driven by a deep commitment to building equitable systems and resilient communities. As the Social Impact Coordinator for The Forson Foundation, she leads with purpose, using community-centered engagement and strategic leadership to advance the foundation’s mission.

Her work is anchored in a vision of a world where vulnerable and underserved populations have the resources, knowledge, and power to shape their own futures. At The Forson Foundation, Abigail champions initiatives that foster environmental stewardship, promote climate resilience, and address the social inequalities intensified by environmental change. She believes that meaningful progress emerges when communities are empowered to participate fully in the solutions that impact their lives.

Through her dedication to sustainability education, advocacy, and collaborative problem-solving, Abigail strives to expand the foundation’s reach and deepen its impact. With a strong focus on equity-driven programming, she is committed to forging partnerships, mobilizing youth and grassroots leaders, and driving systemic change that supports a more just, inclusive, and sustainable future for all.

Felicia, is a dedicated Social Impact Coordinator whose work is rooted in compassion, community service, and a deep belief in the transformative power of education. With more than seven years of experience teaching and working closely with children, she brings a nurturing yet strategic approach to advancing the mission of The Forson Foundation.

Felicia plays a vital role in coordinating the foundation’s day-to-day activities, ensuring that programs run smoothly and that every initiative reflects the organization’s commitment to equity, sustainability, and community empowerment. Her background in child development and education gives her a unique lens for shaping programming that uplifts young people and strengthens families—core pillars of the foundation’s long-term vision.

Working alongside Abigail, Felicia helps lead the implementation of the foundation’s quarterly campaigns and drives progress toward its biennial targets. She is dedicated to building meaningful relationships with community members, partners, and volunteers, ensuring that every project is responsive, inclusive, and grounded in the lived experiences of those it seeks to serve.

Felicia’s steady leadership, empathy, and hands-on experience make her an invaluable pillar of The Forson Foundation’s work. Through her unwavering commitment, she strives to help create a more just, sustainable, and opportunity-rich future for communities across the region.
