The Forson Foundation:

Giving Back With Purpose

Donate

At the heart of our skincare brand is a deep commitment to giving back, a value instilled in us by our parents, Very Rev. David and Felicia Forson. In their honor, we founded The Forson Foundation, inspired by their unwavering dedication to community service, faith, and education, especially in raising and educating five daughters against all odds.

Under the leadership of our sisters, Felicia and Abigail Forson, in Ghana, we are committed to serving underserved communities through initiatives focused on:

  1. Fighting Hunger – Partnering with local Ghanaian food banks to provide meals to those in need.

  2. Empowering Education – Offering small grants and loans to support Ghanaian youth in their educational pursuits.

  3. Empowering women though uplifting teenage mothers – Helping young Ghanaian mothers continue their education and vocational training.

  4. Supporting people with disabilities - Championing initiatives that promote dignity, access, and inclusion for disabled persons in Ghana.

Through quarterly campaigns, we actively work toward these goals, with plans to expand our reach as opportunities arise. Giving back is not just what we do; it’s who we are. Join us as we honor our parents’ legacy by making a lasting impact in the communities we call home! Some other social initiatives we carry out and plan to include as projects: US outreach initiatives (mostly East Coast): Deliver “care packages” for unhoused individuals during Christmas season.

At this time, we are NOT ACCEPTING DONATIONS for our social impact programs. We are in the process of registering our foundation and will update this space once we do. After this step, we welcome donations towards the afore mentioned initiatives. We will provide updates after these projects are completed. Thanks for your support!

Our First Social Impact is happening this Christmas: Partnering with @akosuastastyrecipes

Our first social impact project is here and we are excited to be partnering with @akosuahstastyrecipe on Instagram with her Outreach party on December 20th in Ghana. We were able to support with a cash prize and some food items in her incredible efforts towards feeding children in Ghana this Christmas season! We will continue to support her future endeavors! Future Project:Our Accessibility Project

ATM Steppers Nationwide

Our long-term social impact project is in the works and we will be collaborating with community partners, disability advocates, and financial institutions to support the installation of custom-designed steppers at ATM machine stations in some designated areas in Accra, Ghana. These steppers will allow individuals of short stature to access ATM screens, keypads, and card slots comfortably and safely.

Our goal is to ensure that independence, privacy, and dignity are preserved in one of the most basic banking activities. This initiative is not just about infrastructure, but also about empowerment. It’s about removing the quiet, persistent barriers that limit people’s freedom.

Why This Matters

Accessibility is a human right. Yet many public spaces remain unwelcoming or difficult to navigate for people with disabilities. By starting with ATMs, we aim to shine a light on the importance of inclusive design and inspire broader change across workplaces, public institutions, and everyday environments.

A Legacy of Care

This project honors our parents’ lifelong commitment to community, compassion, and lifting others up. Through the Forson Foundation, we are committed to supporting individuals with disabilities, amplifying their needs, and investing in solutions that create a more inclusive Ghana. We will provide updates on the project, fundraising activities and other additional information in the coming months. We hope this project will be one of many to come for our foundation!

We believe in giving back, empowering our communities and supporting the vulnerable among us. We foster these values through our social impact endeavors. Want to learn more, sign up below!
